Large Residential Security Company Goes Live on ClickSoftware Solution Powered by Diabsolut

Diabsolut Inc., the leading implementer of workforce management solutions, has helped a leading North American home security company by executing a new field service optimization platform.

The ClickSchedule and ClickMobile solution from ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. of Burlington, MA and implemented by Diabsolut, has helped the company reduce the complexity of scheduling and dispatching. The company’s previous manual scheduling process required a great deal of human intervention and was both financially and resource intensive. The deployment of the mobile solutions has allowed the company to take advantage of lower hardware and communication costs by utilizing existing Blackberry devices. This has saved the company the expense of not having to use dedicated handheld or laptop computers.

In addition to the scheduling, it was extremely important for this client to communicate quickly and effectively to their customers through smaller booking windows and automated call back of technician arrival information. This functionality was provided for by the ClickContact solution. It was implemented and integrated seamlessly into the company’s existing systems using Diabsolut’s time tested methodology.

The company has quickly realized the potential of the productivity and fiscal gains that can be achieved by the solution. Management reporting will allow the company to accurately measure and track these gains. In addition, reports on technician performance, service level compliance, and skill set shortages will allow management to effectively plan for the future as to maximize resource utilization and reduce cost.
