Diabsolut helps Inspection Company Switch Field Service Solutions with a Big Bang Montreal, QC January 18, 2010 Diabsolut Inc., the leading implementer of workforce management solutions, has helped a leading national inspection company implement a switch of its field service optimization software. In a challenging economic environment, Diabsolut has worked with this company to implement a company-wide transition of its field service optimization software. Despite the risks and potential difficulties, this company chose Diabsolut to implement the ClickSchedule and ClickMobile solution from ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd of Burlington, MA for its new field service scheduling and optimization solution. In addition to a demanding implementation schedule, this company wanted a big-bang, once and done release strategy. Diabsolut, with its experience and time tested methodology, rose to the challenge and helped the company oversee a seamless cutover of the company’s operations from a competitor’s product to ClickSchedule over one evening. It is a true testament of this company’s commitment to service excellence. This project came off without a major hitch. Diabsolut and the company’s staff had to work long hours and battle numerous challenges, both with business processes as well as system issues to make this roll-out happen. In the end, the implementation was successful as all areas of the company banded together.
