Diabsolut, Inc Implements ClickSoftware Service Optimizations Solutions At Three New Clients in Q4

Diabsolut Inc., the premier value added reseller and implementation partner of ClickSoftware Inc. – a subsidiary of ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (NasdaqGS: CKSW) - and its workforce management and service optimization solutions, is proud to announce the successful deployment of these solutions to three of their newest clients.

These new clients include: one of the largest Residential Security Companies in North America; a large U.S based Health Maintenance Organization (HMO); as well as a leader in the Automotive Field Inspection Services. All three of these projects had unique business challenges coupled with aggressive timelines and each required a different set of tools and process changes that made up their respective solutions.

The implemented solutions will allow each of these companies to manage their field service operations more effectively and efficiently, increase field technicians’ productivity, and deliver higher levels of customer service at greatly reduced costs based on their specific business requirements and needs.
