Joe Diab - President & CEO
Joe Diab is both President/CEO of Diabsolut Inc. and The Results Group Inc., a firm specializing in systematically and consistently growing their clients sales funnel's. Along with these duties, Joe also is one of the key support contacts for all ClickSoftware clients in Canada.
Joe has been a Managing Partner, responsible for executive sales and marketing activities, with numerous companies including Gogh E-Solutions, a company specializing in the sale of ERP solutions. Along with his extensive experience in the IT industry, Joe also has held executive positions with companies in the Investor Relations, Financial, and Hospitality markets.
Mike Palmer - Director of Corporate Development
Mike has over 10 years progressive sales and marketing experience in the Information Technology sector. As a Senior Business Development Consultant he is responsible for forging decision-maker relationships and contacts. Prior to joining Diabsolut, Mike worked with Ajilon Consulting and TAD Resources in a senior business development capacity. His professionalism and consultative approach have been the keys to his success and a true testament to the results he's delivered.
Elie Hossari - Director of Business Solutions
Elie is a CA-IT (Chartered Accountant specializing in IT Projects) with more then 10 years of experience in IT and process related projects (ERP, CRM…). He started his career in the mid 90’s with a big 5 consulting firm where he worked as a Senior Consultant then a Manager on multiple IT and process enhancement engagements. For the last 7 years Elie has been focusing on Field Service Optimization using mainly ClickSoftware’s and SAP’s solutions. Elie has worked on IT projects with several organisations including GazMetro, Alcan, Terasen Gas, Rogers, Electrabell, Eicon, Vlasic.
Bryan Burns - Director of Technical Services
Bryan has worked in the Field Service Optimization Industry implementing and deploying ClickSoftware's suite of solutions for over 6 years. His roles have included Business Consultant, Technical Consultant and Solution Architect working on approximately 20 ClickSoftware customers including: Southern California Edison, Pacific Gas and Electric, Terasen Gas, GazMetro, GazMet Plus, Allstream, Coca Cola Enterprises, Atlanta Gas Light, Mobile Gas, United Illuminating and Maytag Inc.
Prior to working for ClickSoftware Bryan worked in IT for several fortune 500 financial services companies.
Cliff Gentle - National Sales Manager
Cliff comes on board at Diabsolut with a solid technical and business background, anchored by an Engineering Degree and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Toronto. His industry exposure includes extensive Account Management experience in the technically demanding Computer-Aided Design/Engineering/Manufacturing arena, with industry leaders that helped to evolve that market. In addition to bringing world-class solutions to some of Canada’s largest companies, he spent time as a Country Manager with responsibility for both sales and support functions, and has represented ClickSoftware in the past.
More recently, Cliff has focused on the Customer Relationship and Contact Centre markets, working to deliver solutions to major customers across a wide range of industries. In addition to a technical approach to analyzing problems, he was able to develop expertise in assisting clients in building Return on Investment justifications for capital acquisitions, as competition for scarce technology funding became more intense.
Tim Michaud - Client Services Director
Tim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 15 years experience managing projects using Agile methodologies. He previously worked as an Engagement Manager in the Government Sector of CGI. His implementation experience includes ESB, CRM, business process re-engineering (BPR), defining business strategy, design, development, implementation and operational support of mission critical systems for industries spanning finance, insurance, telecommunications, utilities and manufacturing.
Tim has worked on ClickSoftware projects for Diebold, Gazmet Plus, AT&T, Unisys and Maytag as either a technical lead or technical consultant.
